“Help Our Community” Referral Program

Your referrals mean the world to us.  We take great pride in helping you protect the things that matter most.  As your personal insurance advisors, we appreciate your business and welcome the opportunity to provide the same service to the important people in your life.

When you refer your friends and family you can be assured that we will meet their insurance needs with outstanding coverage, value, and service.  As our way of saying thank you, we’re continuing last year’s “Help Our Community” referral program.  We love to support the charitable efforts in our community, so we have tied referrals and charitable giving together.

Here is how the program works:

Each time we receive a referral* from you (family, friend, co-worker, neighbor):

• You will receive a $10 WAWA card & Your Charity** receives $10.
• Your name is entered in our quarterly drawing. The first three quarter prize winners will select their favorite Charity** to receive $50 & the winner will receive a $50 eCard from Restaurant.com (so you can choose a local restaurant to support through this pandemic!). 
• Our last quarter drawing is held on Dec. 1st. If your name was not chosen during the previous three quarters, your name is put into this basket too. The winner’s Charity** will receive $150 & the winner will receive a $100 eCard from Restaurant.com (so you can choose a local restaurant to support through this pandemic!).
• We will announce the winners in our quarterly newsletter and on our social media accounts-Facebook and LinkedIn.
• If you are the quarterly winner, we’ll ask you for a picture of you and/or your charity and will feature your charity in our newsletter.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals or entries.

What qualifies as a referral?

A referral is when we can provide quote proposals to someone who states you referred them to us.  (Don’t worry, we always ask callers how they heard about us!).  That’s it!

*The person referred does not have to purchase a policy to qualify. They do have to submit the information necessary to provide proposals.  Our referral program is open to anyone, whether they are a client or not.

There are many worthy charitable organizations in our community.  Thank you for your kind words and for joining with us to help others in need!

Terms and Conditions:

The odds of winning are entirely dependent on the number of chances entered during the duration of the contest. This drawing is open to any person that refers someone we provide quote proposals. No Purchase Necessary: Sales of any insurance product are NOT taken into any consideration, as regulated by state and federal law. You do NOT need to be a client to be eligible. Drawings are random. You do NOT need to be present at the drawings to win.

This offer is NOT an inducement to buy any insurance product from Berkshire Insurance Services, LLC. Berkshire Insurance Services, LLC is rewarding the referrer for the lead only. Awards/Donations are not considered payment or commission for any insurance that may be sold to the referral. The persons referred DO NOT need to become a Berkshire Insurance client for the referring party to receive a chance to help their charity in this program or to receive a gift card. The winner’s name and the award/charity name will be published. If you do not want your name published, PLEASE REQUEST THAT YOU ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DRAWING.

**The nonprofit must be a 501(c)(3) organization as defined by Internal Revenue Code. Please choose a favorite organization from one of the following categories:  Designing4Hope, Various Cancer/MS/Illness Disorders, Samaritan’s Purse, Compassion International, Salvation Army, Doctors Without Borders, Global Aid Network>Heather, Global Aid Network, Local animal shelter, Various Disability Non-profits (i.e., AMBUCS), Ronald McDonald House, Operation Homefront, Big Brothers Big Sisters.
